Raw material control

Drawing on nearly 20 years of engineering knowledge in our field, Chenyuan is fully aware of the critical nature of our products and continually monitor product performance and traceability through our ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System. A sound Quality Control and Quality Assurance system enables us to keep our top level all the times.
We use quality, reliable raw materials in all of the scaffolding we manufacture. Our quality control engineers validate materials and workmanship of our scaffold products to meet our high scaffold standards.
Raw materials are procured to engineered specifications and certified by the suppliers. Upon receipt of the raw materials, quality control engineers validate that the materials meet or fall below the required specifications through careful and professional inspection on the surface, dimension, chemical composition and mechanical properties with our advanced inspection tools and equipment.

Packaging

All products are strictly inspected by our QA and QC personnel throughout the many facets of the manufacturing operation, starting from the time our raw materials are received through processing, welding, finishing and assembling. Before delivery, final inspection is done to recheck the quality of products.
